We heard you!!!! We will be having a MUNIS representative at our meeting in May. In preparation for that meeting we will be going over areas of concern including support, specific module questions such as parking and tax billing and training on cubes, etc. We are also preparing anonymous survey questions to share with the MUNIS representative in May .
As always, we welcome your recommendations and comments as we begin to provide outreach to our members in this new norm of meeting remotely.
We hope to see you and your colleagues on March 24th!
Also, please mark your calendars, we are planning an in person meeting May 17th at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston.
