November 10th at 12:00PM.  The meeting will kick off with an introduction to the new MMA Legislative Director, David Koffman.  David Koffman and Jackie Lavender Bird will give the state perspective on ARPA.  Then we will continue with a Round Table discussion on the use of ARPA funding.  Topics to include:
