10:15 – 11:00 Protection Against Cybercrime-The problem is real. The Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association will address the nature of the crimes, actions you should already be taking and the availability of cyber liability insurance ? Speakers: TBA
11:00-12:30 Recent Changes to Employee Law -Speaker from the field of Labor Law; 111F Cancer presumption police/fire (Municipality Potential Liability); Janus Decision-making agency fees illegal if an employee does not want to join the union (the employer role); Legalization of Marijuana (Where does that put the employer as far as testing etc.); Pay Equity Law (The audits what you need to know).

After the toll booths take exit 3B towards Sturbridge and merge onto Route 20 West. Stay in the right lane and follow the signs to Old Sturbridge Village.
Springfield - 26 miles, 35 minutes
Take I-90 East towards Boston for approx. 26.5 miles. Take exit 9 to I-84 West. After the toll booths take exit 3B towards Sturbridge and merge onto Route 20 West. Stay in the right lane and follow the signs to Old Sturbridge Village.
Hyannis, Cape Cod - 120 miles, 2 hours 15 minutes
Take Route 6 West toward Boston for approx. 13 miles. Take exit 1 toward Route 6A. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Route 6A toward the Bourne Bridge. Stay on Route 6A for approx. 3 miles. At the rotary take your first exit to go over the Bourne Bridge. Continue on Route 25 West toward Route 495 for approx. 28 miles. Continue on Route 495 North for approx. 39 miles. Take exit 22 to I-90 West. Travel on I-90 for approx. 28 miles. Take exit 9 to I-84 West. After the toll booths take exit 3B towards Sturbridge and merge onto Route 20 West.
