The Essex Regional Retirement System (ERRS) is the retirement system for forty-seven municipalities, regional school districts, housing authorities and special districts within Essex County. ERRS serves over 6,300 members and is located in Danvers, MA. The retirement system’s mission is to provide efficient, professional services to ensure that all members receive the full retirement benefit to which they are legally entitled.
The retirement system is presently seeking an Employer Reporting Representative. This position is responsible for the enrollment of new members, the depositing of payments, and the posting of retirement contributions to members’ accounts, in addition to other duties in support of the retirement system’s mission.
The Employer Reporting Representative is an hourly/non-exempt position which pays $35.90 per hour for a 37.5 hour work week, equating to approximately $70,000 per year. ERRS hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and there is the possibility of limited remote work options.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong administrative, clerical and mathematical skills, excellent computer skills and a familiarity working with municipal payrolls. A full job description for this position is available at www.essexregional.com.
