The Town of Sharon is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Financial Assistant in the Accounting Office to provide analytical and accounting work in the maintenance and processing of financial records including accounts payable, school payroll, and maintenance of budget accounts and transactions.
Qualifications and experience: Associate’s degree required with a minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a municipal setting. Payroll, accounts payable and MUNIS software experience strongly preferred.
Starting Salary Range: $46,800 – $49,700 annually DOQ, plus benefits.
